When the Board Meets

The Board of County Commissioners usually meets in the Courthouse Annex, 435 West Walnut Street, Monticello:

  • First Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m.
  • Third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Board of County Commissioners meetings are streamed live on the county’s YouTube channel at their scheduled times. Live streams start when the meeting is called to order.

Attend or Participate

Meetings are open to the public and include time for public comment. If you require accommodations to participate, complete the ADA Accommodation Request Form (online or printable) in advance.

Per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes: a person who decides to appeal any decision made at a public meeting may need a verbatim record of the proceedings.
