SHIP, State Housing Initiatives Partnership
SHIP offers purchase assistance (down payment and closing costs) for first-time homebuyers, home repair funding for owner-occupied properties, and mobile home replacement assistance. Program information: (850) 682-3717.
CDBG, Community Development Block Grant
CDBG funds housing rehabilitation as well as commercial revitalization, economic development, and neighborhood revitalization projects. Learn more at HUD.gov.
